The Heart of the Happiness Movement

The Foundation is where compassion meets action. It exists to bring meaningful, preventative mental wellbeing support to communities who need it most.

A Foundation of Impact

Where Belonging Begins

Happiness Co Foundation exists to reach the people and places where pathways cannot.

We fund prevention.

We build belonging.

We create access to human-centred mental wellbeing support in schools, regional towns and vulnerable communities.

The Happiness Co Foundation is where purpose becomes tangible and hope turns into action.

Born From Lived Experience

Our Story

The Happiness Co Foundation was born from lived experience.

The Happiness movement began with personal loss and the recognition that traditional systems often miss the warmth and connection people need most.

As the movement grew, so did the understanding that many communities would never access support through commercial means.

One in four Australians will face challenges with their mental health. Globally, one in eight people are affected. Too often, help only arrives once a crisis has taken hold.

At Happiness Co Foundation, we do things differently. We intervene early, teaching resilience in schools, building networks in communities and embedding wellbeing in workplaces. We don’t just help people survive. We help them thrive.

Why We Exist

We are the “We” of the Happiness Group.

Where Happiness Co fuels the engine, the Foundation fuels the heart.

Prevention Over Crisis

Rather than waiting for crisis, we equip individuals and communities with tools to build emotional resilience, communication skills and a strong sense of self.
Each program creates a ripple into families, workplaces and communities.

Trust Through Reporting

We recognise donor fatigue is real. Trust must be earned.
We measure what matters.
And we report it clearly.

Road to Happiness

This powerful statewide movement, delivered by Happiness Co and the Happiness Co Foundation, is bringing real, practical mental health tools to the towns that deserve it most. We are travelling through the Kimberley, Pilbara and Goldfields, delivering free uplifting, heart filling workshops that strengthen resilience, spark connection and empower people to take charge of their wellbeing.

Happy to Help

We believe that happiness isn’t just a feeling; it’s also about security, stability, and knowing that someone cares. The rising cost of living is putting pressure on individuals and families across the country, and for many, that stress can deeply impact mental health and wellbeing.
Each week we help someone cover a bill—up to $250. No strings. No judgment.

Events

Happiness Co Foundation events are where intention meets impact, carefully designed moments that bring people together in spaces of honesty, connection, and shared humanity. These events extend beyond traditional gatherings, they are immersive experiences that open conversations around mental health, resilience, and belonging, creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Stories of Impact

Behind every metric is a story.

A student who spoke up.
A teacher who felt supported.
A regional worker who realised they were not alone.
A family who received relief at the right moment.

The true impact does not stay within four walls. It ripples into homes, workplaces and communities long after the program ends.

Together, We Can Transform Lives

The Future We Are Building

We are building a future where prevention replaces crisis response, belonging replaces isolation, community replaces silence, and hope replaces shame. Our goal is to reach 10 million lives in 10 years, and we cannot do it alone.
